I have a 93 Del Sol Si (w/stock D16Z6) as a project car, so I don't drive it much. When I leave it sit for 4 or more days without driving it, it takes alot of cranking to get it started (Like 2 minutes or more).

Anyone got a clue why this might be happening? It's got plenty of voltage at the battery and I checked to make sure I have spark.

may be a stupid answer, but could it be the alternator? just throwing out some thoughts.

 

As far as I know, the alternator charges the battery while the car is moving... If the battery has a full charge while the car is trying to start, I'm not sure how that could be the problem.

 

Have you changed the starter lately? Check all of your grounds that lead to the starter and battery? Just a couple suggestions.

 

You could have a resistance that stay on when the car is off and drain the battery
