ARRRG mini me swap is going to explode my head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i done the mini me swap with a d16z6 everything was cool w/the swap. but the vtec wouldnt work and the idle sucks *****. the check engine light used to onlky come on at 5500rpms since the vtec sole was bad. no other codes. now the ses light is on as soon as i turn the car on for codes, iacv and vtec sole. so i buy a new vtec sole and a new iacv and all problems still persisting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf. also the code for injectors is on, but i use new stock replacement accel injectors.. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!
this is why doing a mini is a waste of time because of the amount of headaches compared to doing a full z6 or y8 swap. But since it's done, maybe some one could help you on this one. If you don't get any answers IM Bauley'scivic.

What's an SES light? You mean SRS (airbag) light? If this is true than there is two things I would look into, make sure ur using the P28 ECU and make sure ur have the right ODB and type harness...
I had similar symptoms when I first did my mini-me, and it turned out to be a defective ECU. I replaced it, and everything was back to normal. If the IACV is good, the wiring is good, and you're still getting a code 14, try another ECU.

I don't really see why the ecu would cause an SRS light considering the SRS has it's own unit.
Pull the codes and post them. I don't hang out in here much so PM me if i don't show up for a while and I can help with the SRS problem

idle problems would be caused by a jammed iacv or air in the system how well did you bleed it after all this? Check and make sure your TPS and map sensor plugs are not switched. If you are using the d15 harness the plugs can be interchanged cause of the length.

IACV and IAT plugs too - that'll cause an erratic idle
