Default fuel filter or pump?

My car is having a problem! when i step on the gas it feels like its not getting enough fuel or is my fuel pump acting up?
my fuel pressure regulator used to read something still when i turn the car off, but now it doesn't anymore! It takes me a little bit to start the car! And when its running its sound quiet like its about to cut off or something!
When the car is on it reads about 25 on the fuel pressure guage! its used to read higher!
Anyone please help!!!!!!

Do you smell any gas, it sounds almost like you might have a leak somewhere..I would start by checking all your fuel lines for leaks and replacing the fuel filter, because it's cheap...If it continues, I'd swap a buddies fuel pump and see if that does the trick if it does, buy a new fuel pump...If it continues look for possible fuel pressure regulator.

This was not mentioned before, but was it can also cause this...Get a timing gun and check timing as well...But yeah there is no need for msd unless you are booasting.

Yeah it can, also be bad or dirty injectors...Check to see if you have broken injectors...This could effect injector spray pattern and can also cause, what you have mentioning... So check all the options before spending big money is what I am trying to say...Also you may what to check your Dizzy cap and rotor, they might be bad..
