I got a cat back system with the resonator. Its not to loud cruisin unless you kick it down(depending on what gear your in). But yeah in the morning warming up its a little loud. But it is a deaper sounding system but mine rapppps out if i'm in a really high rpm because my manifold flange is broken and there is just a straight pipe there but otherwise i think its an awesome system i like it.

I have a magnaflow with 2.25 piping with resinator. Had to install resinator cause sounds very ricey and super loud without it.

that's a good setup. I know several people with anything from a 1.8 to a 2.1 B series that run them and they sound good. Much quieter than several other bolt up systems I have heard.

Wow....

mine is deathly quiet... and it's the same as the one on the DA up there^^

I have my stock resonator on though...

I think it sounds great, not at all ricey on my car-- very nice throaty tone, ive always recommended it, but aparently not everyone has had the same results as i have.

no turbo, cat is on

I have the same one on my teg as the DA above. Its a bit too deep and drones inside (I have 2.5" piping with a resonator and highflow cat.)..
But there is no buzzing more or less a bit too deep. Even fools some for a subie

Very similar to my Greddy Trust with a cat.

If you're worried about cops you shouldn't change your exhaust. One of the reasons why I liked the magnaflow oval is becasue it looked OEM.

I've had several magnaflow muffler setups.

In addition to the muffler:
turbo, high flow cat, resonator - it is very quiet
turbo, high flow cat - even without resonator it is very quiet
na, high flow cat, resonator - it is noticeably louder but not obnoxious like an N1 - a little droning on freeways
na, high flow cat - it is just nasty sounding, dont do it
