i just looked at my future jdm itr engine and all of the plugs were black, looks to be carbon build up at the tips , but the compression were good at 240 at all 4. what exactly does this mean? is this normal for a jdm engine?

 

I wouldnt worry too much about it.

 

i think you need to change your spark plug fluid.
