Uh Oh, What Is This Spring (trans/axle related)

While removing the axle seal on my trans, out came a tightly wound, circular, spring in the shape of an " O ". What is this from and where does it go, I think I will need a new one because it is a little out of proportion.

thats the spring clip for the seal, if you are replacing the seal dont worry about it.

Awsome, so they come with the new OEM seals? Honestly I thought I fucked up big time. What a releif

the axles? no they dont come with that seal. i "think" it is around $11.00 from honda
