Once i decelerate it goes down normally but wen im on the gas it jumps every single time and now i cant tell wen im going to hit redline...please help guys im clueless...and after a long while driving the car it is fine but after 3k it goes crazy again..it flickers even at a constant speed...
sounds like and ignition problem
is the tach just jumping or is your motor actually bogging and skipping around?

the film on the back is probably fucked up, or there is a short in your wiring, if you have a friend with a DC ask them to borrow their cluster to see if it still does the same in your car

Yes, inside the dizzy, it's rectangular or square depending on what year/model dizzy you have.

I would try to locate a spare ignitor (OEM name - Ignition Module) and swap it out and see if that fixes your problem.
Next I would use dielectric grease on all the connections inside the dizzy.
Finding a loose ground can be painful.
