Default want to put ac in my non ac car. what to do?

i search and can't find any threads that shows you or tells you what and how to install ac in a car that never came with it.
i have a 94 honda civic cx with jdm d16a motor.(d16z6) i'm planning to junkyard as most of these parts as possible. i'm pretty sure they are at the junkyard just dont know which one i need. is there any how to DIY threads or site for my car or similar that would help me? if not what exactly do i need to get for my car and how much would it normally cost for doing this. thanks.

Thats gonna be a pretty big task. Ur gonna have to get all this from another car.. Climate control panel, fuse boxes for ac and ac fan(you might just be able to add to the under dash fuse box),all the wiring, condensor, receiver/drier, evaporator, possibly blower assembly from under the dash, all the ac lines, fan, mounting brackets for everything,ac bracket, compressor, and im sure im leaving out a lot of other stuff that ur gonna need.

No, you just need the button.

No

They have/sell a subharness for a/c. All DX/CX/VX did not come with a/c from teh factory, it was dealer installed.

just go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and keep comparing part #s on the a/c and the non a/c parts and see if they are the same part #s. if they are you have a winner.

Wow... so that's a complete kit for non-A/C cars? $605 is cheap for all the stuff you get. You might save $200-$300 at a junkyard, but it wouldn't be new, and piecing it together would be a nightmare.

You wouldn't happen to know if that kit comes with the wiring/buttons/etc for the electrical part of it all?
