it's the targa top that reduces the rigidity of the chassis. so bracing the canopy of the cabin is probably a good idea. though, i'd just take it to a cage builder and have him put in a 4-point roll bar.
L-con fabrication in Yorba Linda could take care of that for you. http://www.l-con.net
or you could ask prkiller to fab you one. pm him.

cant weld roof with pillars.. roof is aluminum, it doenst weld with steel..

First thing to realize is that the top makes the structure better, but certainly does not eliminate body twist. The way the targa is designed the pins simply pull the targa down, and do not do as much as people think it does structurally. With the top on, just stick your finger in the crack between the targa and the rear roll bar near the dome light while going over bumps. And you'll feel that the car still is twisting a lot.
I once made two bars, that locked into the targa pin locations. So when I took the roof off, I put the two bars in. This only gave collapse support and not twist, but the change was very noticeable. It worked well, but the pin locations are not structurally sufficient to support the load I was putting on them because the pin locaters are only really designed to give down-force on the targa. The short is that a bar from front to back was a good idea, but using the pin locations was a bad idea.
So my next thought was a bolt in T-top brace. A bar that would make it look like a t-top car when the top is off. And I also wanted to make it shaped like an I so that when bolted in it would also give the body twist resistance. One piece front to back that would fit under the targa, and bolt in.
But then I got into racing where said items are all not legal in any class I wanted to race in. So I dropped the idea, and figured if I was going to expend any more effort, I'd just do it right and get a cage.
And that is why most people here don't have much to say, because we have rules we have to follow.
