Default loss of power through 5th gear at about 120 mph

i was racing a 240 yesterday and all of a sudden car just lost all power. then was fine. tried to get on it again and the same thing happened my set up is a jdm h22

speed limiter maybe? well no one will approve of your street racing on h-t so dont even bother mentioning it

you're running a jdm p13 it has a speed govenor (spell?) at about 120.. although mine kicked in at 113 o.0.. oh well.. i'm running a chipped p28 now

thats got to be it because it was like it just shut down. nothing broke.so is the basicly i need a new ecu or chip mine if a new ecu wich one a p28 orp72

uhh... you'll need an obdII to obdI harness... I got my ecu chipped by a shop called INTEC up here in washington... a p72 or p28 will do the job.

well, we all assumed. Reason is, where are you gonna get that fast, unless on an open track, or on a freeway? If he was on a track, then its fine. if not, he should try and keep everyone a little safer by not driving.

Clean record and I'm paying almost 170 a month on my '94 VTec. I'm only 20 also but still it seems a bit high.

Damn I'm 17 with full coverage and a 500 dollar deductible and I'm paying 183 a month.

Recently upped the deductible to 1000 and haven't gotten my new quote. It will be a good amount lower though.

FO SHO!! at first, i was scared about getting a lude bc of ins.. but now i got a sick *** deal!! $165/mo, $500/ded, at FULL COVERAGE!!...oh yea, I'm 19 and i got a couple of tickets and a wreck...i'm not so proud of that tho..lol
