I tried searching for a thread that would answer my question but i couldn't find it so here we go..

im looking into installing a turbocharger or a SC and i was wondering if my fellow friends are correct that if i go with a turbocharger i would lose my a/c..

Good question...don't know. But If you know which turbo you are going with then you can call them and just ask. I am sure they will be glad to help.

You won't loose your A/C but, the ap2 has some ac lines that get in the way of the charge piping. You come off the intercooler with 3in. then you run 2.5 in. between the ac condensor fan and the ac lines, then 3in. up to the TB.

 

has anyone come up with an ECU that will work with DBW yet?

 

You will not lose A/C. That's friends that don't know what they are talking about. If you need info about turbocharging an S2000, ask me. I've been doing it for over 3 years now on a couple cars.

Just give the DBW a few weeks. It is in the works and almost completed.
