danm you must have a nice pay check. is there any stud hanging out or it broke off flush with the head? have you ever heard of an ez out? if theres a little hanging out grab it with a vice grip if not use an ez out it works wonders. deffinatly dont buy a new head if you do donate this head to me for helping you.

Well see my problem is. Is it broke off at the head. And its an oversized stud. Cause it had been tampered with by the previous owner. so i was thinking about drilling it out and running a heli-coil. But if all else fails i will just buy a new head.
weld to the stud to build metal out of the head then weld a nut to it and twist it out. when the stud is warm it will back out easier. also if you drill a small hole in the stud before you weld it will help the penetration and make your weld to the stud stronger.
