Well i have had my itr for two years now and she is about to hit the 30,000 mile mark. I plan on doing a tune up, and a little preventative mantenence in the next week or so. Here is what i plan on doing, if anyone can think of anything i am forgetting please add. Thank you. Change oil, trany fluid, spark plugs, cap and rotor, radiator fluid, plug wires, and valve adjustment.

Lithium grease is just a type of grease... you can get it in gel form or in spray form. Get the spray and hit the spots where stuff moves (ie the hindges). If you look in your door jam, you will see what I mean. You might not need it, but it is still good to do once in a while.

im pretty sure you should change the brake fluid, but im not sure. I know for a fact that you have to at 60,000 so i suppose you would also at 30,000

yes bleed your brake fluid. Use honda fluid if you don't track your car other wise do a search and alot of different fluids people use on here will be good enough for the track. I personally use ATE brake fluid. But its up to you....

Thanks for the replys guys. Probably won't change the fuel filter though, i allready did that due to some bad gas at around 20,000 miles.
Muffler bearings LOL! No need for clutch pedal adjustment, just had new clutch and flywheel installed recently. Thanks for the thought.

I just had my 30000 miles done and this is all they did.
1. Change oil and filter
2. Change air filter
3. rotate tires
4. balance wheels
5. fuel injection service
6. valve adjustment (if ticking)
You can do the 30000 mile check yourself
