I have a 90 Civic with an integra swap. Recently it has been giving me problems. Sometimes it will acting like it is being over revved at like 3500rpm.
I will go into first gear and it wil go up to 10mph and surge then in second it will only go up to about 25 and so on. anyone got an idea? if so email me at integra723@yahoo.com

sounds like its in "safe" mode. is there any check engine lights and etc?

 

sounds like throttle cable is to tight or ideal screw got missed with...

 

check your timing
