im on stock si wheels right now with a 1.6'ish drop and it *pretty much* has no wheel gap if i get 17's will it increase the wheel gap?

Offset and width of wheels? Tire size?

 

edit: oops,,original post is not what i meant to say.

lower offset wheels increase the perception of wheel gap. Higher offset wheels make the drop look bigger. This is all dependent on keeping the tire diameter the same as stock.

Larger diameter wheels in the same offset as the originals will also make the car look higher.

Obviously the gap or ride height is not changing, just the way it looks.
