Default i guess my motor is done?

so im pretty sure my motor is done...it was a built b18c (pistons and rods). its got a rev hard turbo kit w/ hondata s200. anyways...im pretty sure either i spun a bearing or something catastrophic since it sounds like a can full of nails rattling around if i try to start the car (im no mechanic). all of a sudden it felt like the car hit a brick wall and the oil light came on. i heard a massive knocking sound and i shut it off as soon as i saw the light. i was running 9psi, and im not looking to do much more than that. i guess im looking for some suggestions as far as options and where to go from here. i cant take it apart myself since im not that smart...would just swapping out the motor be the best/cheapest way to do it? can i buy just a bottom end if the head is ok? and if i buy just a new bottom end, do shops usually charge an *** load to put pistons and rods in? this post prolly doesnt make a lot of sense since im so pissed off rite now, just looking for ideas on which route to take...

if your motor is built, take it apart see whats wrong. all the parts you put on it cost you money. or you can just buy just another short block. my friend have a gsr bareblock for sale. if you want i let him noe

I seized a b16 bottom end 2 minutes after the install, bought a b18c1 bottom end, my b16 head is good, I took both head and gsr block to the machine shop, and it going to cost me 1600 for the rebuild of the gsr bottom end with forged pistons, and the block is getting bored 20 thousands over. and they checked my head, and are going to put it all together. so it depends on what wrong with your motor and if you get a bottom end are you going to have it rebuilt or just install it. I made that mistake once with the b16, so I wasnt taking any chances with the gsr block.
plus it dpends on how much money you have to throw at a new motor

check the oil pump gear, it sounds like nails in a tin can when it goes out, also chage the oil to see if theres metal flakes
