i have search and did everyhting they told me to check. i check the motor by connecting it to the battery and it seem like the motor still work, i check the fused and it still good, i change the switch and it stillll dont work. the driver side work but the passenger side dont. i try rolling down the passenger side from the driver side and it dosent work either. any help would be appreciated thx.

 

sounds like your regulator (the metal tracks) could be shot. both sides of mine when bad on my 96. or it could be off the guiding track.

 

do you just hear the motor running?? the motor might be broke
