WINDOW PROBLEM
Judging by your mad typing skills...
Your window wont roll up or down.
I always check the easy things first. Check fuses, the switch, then check the motor.
Wouldn't you hate to replace your motor only to put all back together and it still not work because you have a blown fuse or a bad switch.

you have to take the door panel off and you will see it should be by one of the rails, it is usually held on by 3 or 4 screws. Remove the screws, and take the motor out unplug it and plug the new one in then bolt it on, it may take a while to get the window back on track if it moves, make sure to see if it works before you but the door panel back on, if the motor still doesn't do anything then i would check the actual switch but most likely it is your motor.

Re-read my reply to your first post.
Like I said it could be the switch or possibly the fuse. Have you checked any of that? Before you go ripping your door panel off and dropping $80+ on a new motor I would do some troubleshooting.
