99 civic hatch back window same as 98 hatch?

is the back window on 99 hatch the same as on 98? and how hard is this to replace? did anyone replace it on their own?

anyone?? I need this info quick, some idiot broke my back window and I need to replace it....so I found one used on scrap yard but it's from 98, so I'm not sure if it will fit....

^^^ only difference on the rear end of a 96-98 to 99-00 is the rear bumper... and taillights

99-00 has a little lip on the bottom of it. 96-98 rounds off.

No they are the same on the hatchback. The coupe ones are different.

I know coupe/sedan have those differences.

seriously? I'm pretty postivite.. the 99-00 flares out more at the bottom

On the coupe. Look around for some hatches, you'll see it just comes down and in.
