Default H22A fuel injector issues

I just got a '92 CX with an H22A4 in it. It was pretty poorly setup and I'm fixing the issues with the car now. I've picked up a P13 ecu, a H22A1 OBD1 complete harness, and some better mounts. The question is, I know that the OBD1 'lude came with low-impedance injectors and I plan on switching either to the 345cc injectors that were supposed to be in an OBD1 H22 or some 360cc DSM's. (Mainly because they are a lot cheaper) So, do I still need a resistor box to run the low impedance injectors, or with the ECU work with them with out it?

Since you are obviously switching everything to obd1, do you know that you will have to get a obd1 distributor?
