If I bought this jumper to convert from Non-OBD to OBD-1, would I need to make any other modifications under the hood???

You need OBD1 distributor and injectors.

You can use your stock OBD0 injectors, but you must keep the resistor box. If you add the OBD1 injectors, then you will ditch the resistor box.
