You can make it. All you need are the plugs off an OBD0 dizzy and the plugs that go into the z6 dizzy plugs from the engine harness. The wiring diagrams are on here.

Yes the rest of the OBD0 plugs will plug in. Atleast to the best of my knowledge.

Nope keep it and keep using OBD0 injectors. It will work fine.

Do you have the OBD0-Obd1 conversion harnesses and subharnesses?

For a California legal OBD swap, you have to use OBDI injectors and remove the resistor box.

What you need.
P28 ECU (chipped ECU from J-K-Tuning.com for $160...just make sure it's a P28 and not a P06, the Ref might check)
OBD0 -> OBDI conversion harness ($104 shipped from RyWire.com)
4-wire O2 sensor ($82 shipped from RyWire.com)
Distributor adaptors ($25 shipped from RyWire.com)
OBDI injectors (should already be in the Z6 IM)
Grey injector plugs (got mine from a scrap Z6 harness, check with RyWire.)
Injector block off (optional, just looks better than soldering everything together...from the scrap harness)
VTEC/O2 subharness (made my own from the scrap Z6 harness)
OBDI MPFI distributor (bought a reman. from eBay for $145 shipped with new cap, coil, and rotor)

I'm pretty sure that's everything.
