Default OBD0 To OBD1 Conversion help....LS/Vtec in EF

I have a 90 EF hatch that i'm putting a ls/vtec into. The head is OBD0 Jdm B16 head on a 95 integra LS block. I want to convert to obd1 because i want to run a chipped ecu but i'm a little confused. I have to buy the obd0-1 ecu conversion harness, and then the obd0-1 distributer plug correct? I already have the obd1 ecu. Ok well my question is, do the wires that run off the harness go to the distributer plug? Also the harness i would be using is the stock dx harness. I guess i'm just confused because theres two plugs off the distributer and only like 7 or so wires that come off the ecu harness. If anyone could clear this up for me I would appreciate it!. Sorry if this makes no sense, its early in the morning and i'm tired

If you are using your DX harness you have to convert to MPFI (multi-point fuel injection) from the old DPFI (dual-point). Do a quick archive search on DPFI to MPFI and you'll get flooded with info.

Yes I know, it's already converted to 4 injectors.
