Check your tires for bumps or change your pads and rotors for new ones.

the tires are brand new (literally) just put them on yesterday. and as for the brakes they are fine when braking hard straight, its only when cornering.

the tires were balanced. and as for the wheel bearing why would it only do it while cornering and braking?

warped rotors

when your rotors heat up, if you slam your breaks the pads warp the rotors permenantly out of shape.. creating a bumpy stopping surface the next time you stop.. If they are expensive rotors (it shouldnt happen as easy) but you can have them resurfaced, if they are cheap then replace them.

You could also take them to have them turned. I think it's around $10/rotor to have them turned.

If you decide to do that take a fine piece of sandpaper and just go in a swirling motion around the rotor once you get them back. That'll put a non-directoinal finish on the rotors, which will keep them from squealing.
