here's a link to a write up of a eg civic ex lip install on a del sol... you can probably just put about any kind of lip with some creativity, time, and modification...

92-95 Civic lips fit but with effort.
99-00 Civic Si lips fit with less effort.
I'm not sure but I think all bets are off if you a 96-97 Del Sol, the dimensions of the redesigned front end is a little different than 92-95/93-95 (it's close though). They changed the bottom arc a little to accommodate the faux brake ducts.
