they dont fit PERFECTLY, your gonna be having to bend the lip downward just to be able to bolt your own holes but it looks good after

other lips for 92-95 will also fit, but not without doing a bit of modification to the bumper...there are also a few aftermarket lips for the del sol, try the web board at http://www.teamsolcal.com or http://www.teamdelsol.com for more info
