Default Car just plain won't start

My car will not turn over, in fact its like the engine is not evan communicating with the rest of the car. When you turn the key to the on postition, the according lights don't evan light up on the dash ( oil pressure, check engine...) i tried a different main relay, a different ecu, checked the fuses and the battery has power. I have a track day on sunday so any help would be much appreciated.

the main fuse is in your fusebox under the hood.. the battery fuse see if it has power on both sides of it with a test light.. have you done anything to the car lately, or did it just not start out of nowhere?

i had just changed the clutch, oil and spark plugs, but it drove fine after that, then later that night i went to start it and i could hear a faint clicking noise and the speedo jumped up like when you start a motorcycle. I push started it thinking it was a low battery and then the next morning at home it did the same thing. I tried boosting it but it didn't change a thing, so i threw in a different starter and still nothing.

the grounds are all good, electricity to the engine is either very faint and the warning lights on the dash light up slightly on occasion, other wise the engines power is completely dead. also all the fuses under the hood seem to be fine.
