You gotta send him the engine wire harness..You know the thing that the injector plugs ,alternator wire,dizzy plugs,all sensor plugs are attatched to....

All they need is the engine wire harness ,,go to their website is says what they need...They'll convert it to mpfi and then send you a vtec subharness..
im dong a restoration to a car that has no engine. what I would like to know if I could get a wire schematic for my interior wiring harness to make compatible to the new system for a 89 crx dx. and why do u send off the wires on your old motor or did you not purchase a wire harness for the new motor?

see what Im getting to is its a bitch to take all those wires out all my dad said is that he needs the schemtic to show him what each wire does becuase hes been working with electricty for 30 years but hes never wired a car so I dont know if I can trust him but where can we find out what each wire does with out following it because that would take for ever
just send him the engine harness that came off the car. if you don't have one then go to a yard and get one, and he will re-pin the the engine harness to run the b16 with a pr3 and run vtec wires.
all you have to send him is the harness and money. he does the rest. the interior harness you speak of has nothing to do with the engine.

ok listen I bought this car with no engine so no engine harness? so I have to go to a junk yard and get a 89 dx crx engine harness correct? and I need to send rywire the b16 and the dx harness and he will send me one back that will be plug and play?
Seems to me like you are confusing yourself here. Just go to the junk yard and get the 89 dx harness, or You could probably just get a harness that already has MPFi. Then send Rywire the engine harness + $ and you'll get it back ready to plug in.
yes im very confused does some one have a pic of the harness in the car? because I dont have the engine here for it yet going to order it in a few weeks just want every thing ready before it gets here so now can any one help me and this car didnt have an engine in the first place

Give him a call. You will not want that harness in the ebay link. Who knows what in the world they did and then you'd be forced to troubleshoot wiring that you didn't do. I would find an unmolested harness for your car (year specific) and send it with then engine harness that comes with your motor. Unless you can get any old CRX harness, but I'm not sure how much more difficult that would be.
The only way to find out is to call Rywire themselves..........www.rywire.com

crxpwr1;
I did the OBD0 to OBD1 conversion myself on my 89 hatch with GSR motor, so please trust me on this;
It's nice that you dad wants to help, but it's very time consuming to do it if you don't do it for a living and know all the ins and outs of hondas!
Just give Ryan a call and have him tell you what you need to ship to him. Then have him do it.
