Default just a thought

Is there a way to make your theft light some sort of shift light. if there is any witing gurus out there that know of a way, feel free to add any info!

hmm thats funny i was thinking about that too.. i think if u get a wiring diagram from a shift light that a company sells i think it could be done.. i see it a lot on mustangs they have a big gauge and when its time to shift it lights up so there has to be some kind of wiring involved just my 2 cents but i might be completly wrong

I had a shift light working my vtec on my single cam in my crx back in the day. Its not hard. use a shift light, wire it in to a relay, wire into the other light. Dunno if it will have any ill effect on the theft system leaving it hooked to it and the shift light though.

Speaking electrically, as I don't own an RSX, I'm sure instead of doing it to the Security LED, you'd be able to drill and mount another led right next to it and wire the shift light to that one. Definitely like the work on the link above though, looked really well done.

That is a good idea! I wouldn't do it just because I wouldn't want to mess with the theft system.
