is this why itr lca's will fit 88-00 civics?

but i think the struts mount diferently between eg's and ek's

technically, yes the would "fit". they are similar in design, but about 3" longer. they would give you some crazy negative camber.

the shock mounts on the EK as also narrower. most companys sell rear shocks that fit both EK and EG but they include small 1/4 thick spacers for the car with narrower LCA bushings.


so No, dont use EK control arms on an EG. Use DC2 integra or EG ones. ITR rear lca's fit a CRX because they use the same style LCA. EF, EG and DC2 arms are all interchangeable. EK is the odd ball

No, ITR will not fit 96-00 civics.

reason I'm asking is, I have a set of EK shocks.. I guess I can shime down teh bushing or spread the shock fork out a bit.

NO!!! do not spread your shock. pull out your EG control arms and just change the bushing to an EK bushing for the lower strut mount. its cheap and works well.

I bought EKs by mistake and rigged mine to work doing the spacer trick. MY camber isn't that bad surprisingly
