Default o2 sensor extenders (plug and play) and vafc wiring harness (plug and play)

A couple of people have asked me about these lately, so here's a pic:

From left to right:

kenji vafc harness, primary o2 extender, 2ndary o2 extender, and oem primary o2 sensor.

The kenji harness you can plug and play - I spliced and soldered the wires and heat shrink wrapped all the connections to make them permanent to the vafc harness.

The o2 sensor extender harnesses are plug and play as well. I added the rubber plug for nice oem fitment where the old one used to go.

Nice, eh?

Solder + splicing + heat shrink wrapping + electrical tape is your friend.

where do you get the plugs at, I mean the grey ones at the ends?
did you use the stock ones just spliced in more wire to make them longer?

Stock plugs, just extended them with a little extra wire.

I should add that junkyard is your friend.

IM kenji on this board for the ECU plug and play option. He is and I've bought from him many times as well as referred people to him.

I made these "plug and play" items so I wouldn't have to splice into my factory wiring harness... I like the clean installs like that, and no worries about trying to go back to stock if necessary - just unplug and plug the stock o2 sensor back in if I want... I needed extra length with the godspeed testpipe, and with the hytech header, and these work perfect. Plug and play, and if I ever go back to stock, I can unplug the extenders, plug everything up, and nobody will ever be the wiser. This is great for those looking to keep their warranty. I was even selling them for $50 for two a while back. Not worth it for me to make them cause it takes so much time, but if you can't do it yourself, these are nice.

I may make some plug and play injector harnesses next, so I can go from oem honda to say rc 440 or 450 dsm injectors - just by plugging them in... We'll see...

As soon as I get my lazy *** to a junk yard that has some dc2's (none with in like 50 miles of me), dan-sucks.com will start selling the extenders and we will also be selling o2 fakers so you don't get a cel when running a test pipe. We will be installing the prototype on Marc's (RealTypeR) car next weekend to see how it works. I'll keep you all posted.

Craig -Whos got a **** load on his plate, extenders, o2 faker, mc braces, front hood release blockers, ....

excuse my ignorance, but somebody explain the purpose of extended o2 sensor wires. better fitment with non-stock cat/header combos?
