to a shop! electrical problems are time consuming and troubleshooting is a pain in the ***! if your handy with a voltage meter and have couple of hours to dedicate to this then you might be able to do it. if not, it'll be easier and less of a headache if you just had a shop do it. trust me

they keep blowing because you have a short. the problem won't be corrected if you keep changing fuses. you need to find the short!

you dont need to take it to a shop, if you installed the radio yourself or your brother, go back and check your wiring, read the installation manual that came with the radio there is a wealth of knowlege in there, do some searching on the internet "car radio install", this stuff is easy
goodluck

i'm taking it you haven't read the whole thread. the only reason i said shop was because:
1. they can't install something simple like a radio.
2. he also stated that they keep changing out fuses and the problem is not corrected. everyone who has dealt with electrical problems on any car would know that you can change the fuses 100 times, if you don't find the short you'll never fix it!
not to mention, he also stated other things are not working right, like the sunroof, doorlocks, and windows. if it's that bad i recommended they take it to a shop before they do more damage.
so yes! yes, if they want to have it done right with no more problems, then yes they should take it to a shop. read the whole thread homie!

hey homie I was the one who first posted, everyone has got to start somewhere, every shop I have ever seen does complete SH*T work, loose wires twisted together auto-start ignition wires none the less, theres just to much to list.
