Default 84.5mm overbore ??'s

ok, first of all, I have a del sol vtec with drag III turbo. I am thinking about getting my block resleeved by golden eagle and getting 84.5mm 9.5:1 ENDYN rollerwaves. With the 84.5mm overbore, can I use an 84mm headgasket? Also would I have to modify the head in anyway? What are the drawbacks to my plan for a bottom end? any other advice?

I believe you would use a 85mm gasket from cometic. As far as the head its a good idea to have the combustion chambers enlarged to 84.5mm as well. My head is at Endyn as we speak having this done. If you do that then you might as well go with oversized valves, springs and retainers. And if you do THAT then you might as well get the head ported. And well you get the idea... It gets expensive.

You can do it but it makes the edge around your combustion chamber on the deck of your head more prone to detonation.
