Default 1998 clutch

1998 Accord Ex 5sp 4cyl 170,000 miles
The clutch feels limp and when fully pressed to the floor the car continues to go forward and is difficult to get out of gear. I've read a couple other posts that have suggested to check the clutch master cylinder but I'm having trouble finding it. Is it next to the brake master cylinder near the back (closest to the windshield) of the engine compartment? If it is, there's plenty of fluid in there. What would be the next thing to check/replace? Is this a job for the weekend mechanic? How long would it take? I have a Haynes manual and am fairly good at following directions but I'd rather not spend an entire weekend doing this to find out it's too big of a job for me. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

thanks for the suggestions. I bled the system. Didn't find any air pockets. Same problem is occuring. I'll look a little closer for any leaks.

I change my last summer master and slave , took me about an hour or 2 to put the master and bleed the clutch... I was not in a rush, it only to bolt and 2 clip.... the worst part is to put the clip that hold the pipe in place and make sure you get the o-ring, cost about 20$ cnd to have a new one

There might be a small leak coming from the master. I plan on replacing it. Why do prices vary so much for the master cylinder?

$16.07 - http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
$83.95 - http://www.secureleadercom.com - also includes mounting gasket
$15.45 - http://magauto.com
$30.00 - at local dealer
$60.00 - at local parts store

Any idea if these include other items besides the master cylinder such as the o-rings, gaskets, etc. The Haynes manual says to use new o-rings so I want to be sure they're included or order them separately. Thanks.
