H22A7 Engine - Hole on transmission?
Terrible title name.......but to answer you question that is there by stock specifications..there is a little plug that goes into it...it probably fell out or if you had a clutch job they forgot to put it back in.....nothing to worry about thats your flywheel you see

Exposed flywheel cant be a good thing, can it? I wouldnt want something to enter there, like dirt and stuff.. I cant imagine water in there is a good thing either.. Ill try to get the part number for that plug, and have it fixed..

if it bother you that mutch just put duct tape over it the hole is used in conjunction with timing if I recall correctly?? anyway I've been driving my car for 2 years with out one..I like it because I can peak and see if anything is mauling my flywheel....like when my pressure plate screw came loose
and was tinging around the bell housing
I actually saw it through that hole.....
try to pick better topic headings like "hole in tranny housing, what is it" there starting to crack down on post like this good luck dood
