whera alll the performance shops for these things i never had a honda slower than this one...... why did i buy a 89 prelude with 98000 miles on it single overhead cams are weak

your not gunna really find much for an 89 prelude they are basically done making parts for that engine... the best thing you could do if you really wanted to would be to swap an h series in there...dont get me wrong though there are people on here with the 3rd gens that still work on them and they are quite nice.

considering the 3rd gen isnt the like a hatchback EG, you cant expect there to be much for it.

what engine is in the prelude? cause i thought they had a b20 in them which is a Dohc engine and he stated it was a single overhead cam engine???
