Default rebuilding block, need help!!

i am currently rebuilding an ls motor and i came upon a couple problems.
first, i want to reuse my stock pistons but two of them are scratched slightly on the side. when u slide ur finger nail u can bearly feel it. should i use the pistons or just buy new ones?
second is when i tried to screw on one of the main bearing bolts it didnt screw on easely and i forced it and messed up the thread. how would i be able to fix this and be sure it is going to be safe and hold.
third is i bought .25 os rings and if i do use my stock pistons can i just file down the rings til the gap is to specs?
any help appriciated

Uhhh.. wow.

Don't reuse stock pistons.
Buy oversized pistons since you already have oversized rings.
Bore and hone to 81.25mm.
Main bolt fucked or actual main? .. If it's the bolt, get a new one.. if it's the actual thread in the main.. it's possible that the block is junk.. may be possible to run a tap through it depending on how bad it is.
