holy f'in shit, im trying to take my turbo/manifold/downpipe off and apart, HARD
I was out there all day long today tryin to get the stuff all off, my engine is done and im going to get it built up soon so i started taking it apart. I took out my radiator to give me room, and i disconnected my ac system and took the lines out for that while i was doing it becuase it didnt work anyway. I have a drag III kit on it and i got most of the bolts off on the manifold, the only one i cant get is the one all the way to the top right, i cannot squeeze anythning in there to get it, most anoying day ever....., than i cant get all the bolts off of anything else period, there is one left on the downpipe the one to the furthest right back, but i think i can get that one once i get the proper 17mm wrench. But as far as getting the turbo off the manifold i cannt do that either, not even get to two of the bolts, does anybody have anything to help me, i couldnt take it anymore im the most furious person at a few bolts. I also stripped the **** out of and cant get the middle bolt out on the thing that bolts to your head and holds the alternator i think it is there. I got the one 14mm bolt out on the left of that (the big black metal piece holding the head to the alternator), theres a little ledge over it and i couldnt fit any wrenches in there and it is stripped to ****. Im gonna go see if i can get help from a few people around my house, please if you have anything to help me with or info on the easiest ways to get them off, let me know. Should i jack up the car tomorrow and try to get it on tire ramps so i can work from under the car? let me know! please, thanks!
You have to take the turbo and manifold off together as one piece. Then you unbolt the turbo from the manifold when they are apart.

you didnt really think you could take everything off easily while its still in the engine bay did you? sill rabbit... tricks are for kids.
unbolt the manifold and take the whole thing out. alot easier that way. have a friend help you if you cant manage to carry it out.
