FS: 95 civic dx bubble gsr/jrsc
I've had my baby now for six years and had no issues that were serious. Just the little things that can get annoying. Well, I've had my last issue and want to let go of her for something a little newer and without the big power issues.
The car itself is a 95 civic hatch with a 95 stock gsr motor. I have the jackson racing supercharger with crv pulley setup and it pulls real nice. I really don't beat on it but do tend to get a little happy on the highway at times. No drag racing since I'm just to old for it, lol.
Now on to the problem. Last week the car started making a noise from the bottom end and pretty sure that its a spun bearing. It's not serious yet because the car turns on with no problem, oil light does not come on, and she drives fine except for that noise after about 1700 rpm. So if someone buys this car you only have to get the crank and bearing redone and you're golden. The setup is tuned on a hondata s200b and puts out 235 whp with 190 wtq. Gas mileage is nice at about 28 mpg on the highway and about 25 in the city.
The body is in decent shape for a car that is 11 years old. Some rust in the rear quarter panels so that needs to be taken care of. I bought the car with 70000 miles in 2000 and she now has about 170,000. Mostly highway miles since I drive to my girl's house, who lives in long island and I drive there from nyc. The interior is also in really good condition since I'm super **** about the cleanliness of the car that I drive.
I have invested about 5,000 on the supercharger, tuning and the setup to go along with it which includes a kamikaze header with 2.5 collecter, and full 2.5 inch exhaust with a magnaflow straight thru 2.5 inlet and 2.5 outlet oval design. The head was recently rebuilt and valve guides replaced.
The price I'm looking for is between 3500-4000. This car will be great for someone who has the time and money to continue with my baby as I did. Someone who has the time and money to do that crank job that is needed. The block itself is in perfect condition so you can also bore it out to anything you want or just leave it at the stock standard bore. I just can't deal with it anymore, with two kids and school and just wanting to have something that I don't have to constantly have to monitor even though I love and am addicted to it.

I live in an apartment and dont have a garage to part everything out. Otherwise I would have parted the car out and gotten alot more money that way. I just want to make the sale plain and simple, so that includes everything.
