OK Ive got an Obd2 Gsr motor and im putting it into a 2000 civic Dx im just wondering if i can use the stock harness and what wires i dould need to add to make it work? my serach function is messed up on my pc i guess but if theres a schematic or someting along those lines that you could direct me to it would be greatly appriciated!!

 

You're going to need a vtec wiring harness. You can use one from a gsr or an ex i believe.

 

need new engine injector plugs soldered to your old civic harness and grab a extra wire and run it to the ecu, use a manual to figure out where the Vtec line hooks up, of course if you have a Apex VAFC you could hook up the vtec to that or a shift light. lots of stuff about this in search just play with words like Wire harness, Swap, Vtec and you should be able to find other people that have done it already.

 

try looking for 99-00 ex/si engine harness

 

theres only 3 wires that im figureing 2 for knock 1 for vtec..?? and the search on here is junk..lol
