catalytic converter heatshield

what size are the bolts on the catalytic converter heatshield
mine is rattling really bad so i either need to take it off or tighten it up

10mm bolts with 12mm nuts (for my Prelude)

No dont do that... i did it and regret it now my shifter and **** get really hot.. its 10mm bolts with 12mm nuts. tightend it up... because mine ratttled to but jus got a test pipe takes care of everything

It's that bad? hmm..I've taken it off on a 93 and 94 civic, my 99LS, and a maxima. But I don't have a metal shift **** or anything.

i dunno bout anyone else, but i have a knock off chrome type r **** with a nuespeed short shifter and my **** gets hot when i race alot or jus cruisin it... but thats jus me
