I have an EG civic DX with a B16a motor, the only problem I have is that the check engine reads 19 (Automatic transmission lockup control valve)

I don't understand this code, I'm not sure if I'm right or not but isn't this code for an automatic. My EG is 5 speed. what do I do about this code. does it mean I have an automatic ECU or is something wrong with my wires or connection. please help because I'm lost at this point.
