Default hasport stiffness

hey guys im about to order my hasport mounts for a GSr into CRX i plan on building it pretty decently in the future hoping for 200+ hp when done what stiffness would you reccomend for the mounts? this will be a daily but will see track time at least 2 times a month

I have the 88 durometer, and I have no engine movement anymore. Work great also, they are kinda stiff but I don't mind I don't drive my car everyday

I use the medium durameter bushing rating, I was told from a guy @ hasport that even erick aguilar runs the medium one.... the full race is really for off-road vehicles and stupid **** like that, more stress on all that aluminum

A friend of mine has around 250 whp and switched his hasport inserts from the medium to race version.. he said it didnt help too much. I would stick to the mediums for better comfort. just my .02
