MY SETUP IS A B20B BOTTOM END WITH A GSR HEAD..

22T is a Vtec one 19 is a ls/b20. You can use either one depending on timing belt. If 22T use a GSR belt if ls/b20 use the ls/b20 belt. I would suggest the 22T though.

I believe the correct answer is the 22t pump. Decreases the odds of forming air pockets at high revs from frothing the coolant.

looks like im off to buy a gsr timing belt tomorrow and slap the 22t back on..

Make sure your waterpump matchs your oil pump.

Huh oil pump doesn't make any difference on the timing belt or water pump. Pumps outsides are almost identical except OBD2 vtecs have the cyl position sensor on them. But if your this far in the build up hope you already have a vtec pump.
