what kind of gain is expected, if i change CTR piston in USDM ITR B18C5?

Don't do it.
They're heavy, have enormous domes, and will yield you an unnecessarily high CR.

Ditto.
CTR pistons are overhyped. You can make more power with less compression because the CTR piston has poor flame travel.
Opt for some JDM B16's if you want to stick Honda.
Or you can get some good pistons, IE: CP...

You will gain lots of detonation on pump gas. Trust me I have been down that road before

Well put.

P30's are the way to go.
Unless you want like 12.xx:1 c/r and have to pull a ****-ton of timing. There's a thread around here somewhere...

From: nothing is real unless it is observed
Actually JDM P73's have alot better design and a little higher C/R than the P30's
The P73-00 has a flatter dome, but has a higher compression height than the P30
The P73 also has a thicker top ringland than a P30
Why would you want to downgrade to a P30? If your dont need to rebuild yor bottom end, milling you head is a better choice.
