Default TDC question

im doing my timing belt install and i have the engine out of the car. and the flywheel is off,do all of these have to point to 12 o clock to be TDC?

Well, the pics on the right and bottom are the balance shaft pulleys. Different belt and setup than the timing belt.

Do you not have a flywheel you could stick on there to set the timing? It really helps...

you dont need your flywheel. there is a dot on the timing belt pulley (inner-most pulley) on the crank shaft that should point to an arrow on the oil pump housing. that'll give you #1 tdc.
