Timing belt rubbing

Timing belt rubbing
my timing belt is rubbing on the lower timing belt cover.. i cant get the bolt off the crank pully with an impact gun the belt also seems to be walking off all the pulleys and gears.. anyone have any suggestions on how i can get it off of want to come fix it for me

Have you tryed the prybar in the flywheel method? take the tranny inspection cover off and put a prybar in between the flywheel and bell housing then try to loosen the crank pulley bolt

It holds the motor in place while you break the pully loose. I bought a big honkin 3/4 impact just for this and it still doesn't get some off. I can always get them off with some muscle behind a breaker bar....but you have to have the honda tool or try the method recommend above.
