car won't start 97 civic. cel 15
hello everybody.
my car won't start.
i'm getting cel 15 (ignition output)
i swapped the dizzy to a perfectly working one and it still the same. (i thought it was the coil or the icm)
engine is crancking but won't start.....
all connections are in place....
what else can i check :S

code 15 is ignition output signal
