Default where the heck does this wire go?

there's a blue wire w/ a crimp spade on it. you can see my pic. where does it go?

the motor is a b20 vtec in a 93 EG. car seems to run fine.

just by looking at that picture.i would say you need a proper engine harness made up.that wiring looks a little hacked.almost looks like to be the vtec pressure wire.the blue/black wire should go to the green plug on the vtec solinoid.is the other wire on the green plug grounded to the engine?If i were you i would invest in getting a nice and properly done engine harness for your car.can you take a pic of the wiring at the ecu end?

Definately the Vtec Pressure switch. BTW that is a HORRIBLE connection. if you have problems engaging in vtec that is most like gremlin causing it

No kidding id really suggest the guy to buy a Harness that fits his car that way it doesnt look like a hack job

i'm having 2nd thoughts of working on this car if that's the initial condition. gonna take it to some local mechs and see what's their opinions. I don't want a money pit.

thats probably a good idea. However, dont just let any ole shop work on your electrical system. From my experiences in fixing some of my friends electrical work that was done by local shops, it was really sad and took a **** load of time to clean up.
