I read in a magazine the other day that the Full Race intake mani. has internal velocity stacks. They used it on a turbo ls/vtec that made 792 wheel though, I don't know how it does n/a.

The Full Race manifold is definately gonna be a good N/A manifold. everyone now seems to go with the Ported ITR manifold or JG manifold

I personally like the ported ITr simple but effective with a good throttle body that is.

ok but ya see how much$$$ the full race mani is? i mean if thee best mani's have velocity stacks then the STR mani although old should still produce good numbers. But what i am looking for is how is the power on the street like where do u feel it and where do u feel it lacking compared to the stock mani. cuz i have the mani i'm just trying to get some opinions before i install it. cuz i'm debating whether to install it or sell and get a skunk2.

STR would prolly be a good manifold around 8k RPMS for a semi built B series.. that manifold seems to kick *** with turbo setups. But just not very effective with N/A Motors. Too big of a Plenum and takes High RPM's and bigger cams to get any results out of it.

The basic design of the STR mani is more suited to force induction. It will work on a big-displacement NA motor at high rpm, but you would be giving up a lot of low-end and mid-range to get the extra power on the big end.
